Daniel Moran is a software engineer with more than 20 years of experience and the maintainer of fakeredis, the in-memory test double that includes FakeValkey. He is a founding member of Django Commons and has built backend and cloud systems at Amazon, Audible, and Dell EMC.

He runs DSoftware Inc., a consultancy focused on Python / Java systems.
